Canmoor is a small but growing Mayfair based property Development Company. We work on joint ventures with institutions, property companies and private investor groups who require expertise and exposure to the commercial property sector throughout the United Kingdom. We are looking for an Admin Assistant to work alongside the Office Manager and support the rest of the team.
The role will be to help the office manager and the team with anything and everything that needs doing. Day-to-day responsibilities will include; diary management, client communication, Human Resources duties, data management, marketing responsibilities, invoicing and correspondence. The role also involves covering front desk reception so be able to multitask is key! The job is all about getting really Stuck in so it will vary from attending Henley with clients to buying some office supplies.
We are looking for someone creative and hard-working who can really ‘fit’ in with the office and can cope with a bit of Banter! You need to be very well presented and proficient with Power Point/Word/Excel/Outlook.
There is the opportunity to really develop your skills and grow at Canmoor but it does require a bit of hard work! Having said this, hard work will always be rewarded.
Working hours: Monday to Friday 09:00am-18:00pm
Salary dependent upon experience
