Key Responsibilities:
- VAT Return - preparation
- Income and Expenditure Reconciliation
- Chasing outstanding payments
- Full range of bookkeeping duties
- Receptionist duties
- Administration duties
- Answering phone calls in a warm, confident and happy manner.

Skills and experience:
- Bookkeeping experience SAGE Line 50
- Good general IT skills and proficiency in Excel and Word.
- Strong organisational and time management skills with an eye for detail.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Proactive, reliable, personable and enthusiastic.

Starting salary negotiable
