Expanding restaurant group is looking for an enthusiastic and hardworking Admin Officer to work at our Head Office (North West London).
The successful candidate will:
- Be highly numerate
- Have excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbally and written, as well as good telephone manners.
- Have excellent attention to details
- Have excellent organisational skills
- Must be able to work on own initiative, but also be a team player.
- Have good knowledge of Excel
Duties will include:
- Provide switchboard service
- Sort out all post
- Manage diaries
- Manage our restaurants’ stock and delivery system.
- Keep all repair and maintenance logs updated.
- Manage utilities contracts
- Provide admin support to directors and senior staff.
- Physical and Electronic Filing
- Archiving and labelling
- Any other ad-hoc administrative duties when required.
Previous experience in hospitality would be an advantage. Knowledge of stock management would also be a bonus.We provide a friendly and supportive environment and full training will be given.
