Responsibilities and requirements:
looking for a very smart, intelligent and hard working individual with previous Admin experience. The role requires you to do all admin and secretarial jobs within our office.
1. Making sure the office is clean and tidy.
2. Making sure all folders and databases are up to date and responding to emails and telephone calls.
3. Guiding clients in the right direction and giving them the relevant information they require and helping them with what they need.
4. Helping clients with application forms, information etc.
6. Maintaining all social media advertisements and pages.
7. Developing new ways to market our services
8. Filing and makings sure that all tasks are completed on time
9. Applicant need to know how to use Microsoft word, powerpoint and excel. These are essential.
10. Applicant will need to be aware of how to type letters and send emails on a professional level.
Applicant must be well organised and be able to multi task and follow instructions to the best of their ability as well as be able to use their own initiative.
Training will be provided for 2 days.
Job will be from Mon-Fri.
Timings will be from 10am - 5.30pm.
