Human Resources Admin role based in Central London
You will be joining an energetic, close knit team as a integral part of the office support staff. As Human Resources Admin you will be required to be the point of contact for all Human Resources general enquiries such as policies, holidays, sickness, benefits, payroll.The Human Resources Administrator you will be dealing with any ad hoc admin and reporting requests and also help with Recruitment and Inductions and any other duties that may arise.
To be considered for this role, it is required you have a desire to pursuing a career in Human Resources , therefore some previous Human Resources administrative work experience would be highly advantageous but not essential.
You will also need;
· Strong organization skills and attention to detail
· Customer service focused and ability to build relationships at all levels
· excellent communicator
· Good analytical and numerical skills
· Team worker
· Good written skills
· Flexibility and initiative essential
· Technical skills-Microsoft office (e.g. Excel, Word, Power Point)
