Position: Accounts Assistant (Permanent)
We are looking to recruit an experienced Accounts Assistant to join our team on a permanent basis.
The Accounts Assistant will be responsible for:

Maintaining the sales ledger, purchase ledger.
Raising invoices, collecting payments from customers and payments allocation.
Preparing monthly and interim payment runs.
Dealing with queries
Control and maintain Petty cash
Bank Reconciliations
Ad Hoc duties and any other duties as required.

Essential Requirements are:

Previous experience working in a similar accounting based role.
experience of SAGE line 50 accounts
Sound accounting knowledge including double entry bookkeeping.
Computer literate, with good knowledge of Excel.
Good planning and organisational skills
Display initiative and ability to work on own.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Integrity, intelligence, professional, communicative and discreet. Ability to maintain confidentiality in relation to financial matters.

This role will suit an experienced and ambitious Accounts Assistant that would like to join a growing business.
Candidates must be confident with Excel and Sage experience would prove advantageous.
Offer salaries
£20,000-£23,000   Depending on experience- Full Time-Permanent Basic.
