We are looking for an Accounts Assistant to work closely with the Finance Manager on accounts and bookkeeping activities. This is an ideal position for a young proactive individual who has started their career, has some good experience, and wants to gain further hands-on work experience in accountancy and learn in a growing business.
Typical activities will include:
P and L and BS management for subsidiary
Dealing with multiple currency bank accounts.
Payroll support
Supporting VAT submissions
Posting customer invoices
Processing supplier invoices
Business and petty cash expense management.
Support in other accounts and bookkeeping activities working under the Finance Manager.
Skills and experience:
Ba
Strong experience with Sage 50
Proactive
Strong communicator
Diligent and detail oriented
