We are looking for agents who either have previous call centre experience or delivered customer service in a face to face environment. You will need excellent communication and problem solving skills, be empathetic and remain calm under pressure. Working from home you need to be self-motivated, honest and reliable.
As a work from home customer service agent, you’ll deal with a range of customer queries inbound via the telephone. Our bespoke virtual certification class will ensure you are to deliver service that is professional, friendly and reliable so you can handle your customers queries in a competent and friendly manner.
