Waitress's needed for a new restaurant in Hampton Court. We are looking for a bubbly , enthusiastic person to run our 60 seater restaurant, serving fresh locally sourced , modern British food. Duties include staff training and management, quality checking and menu knowledge initiative and thinking on your feet and covering for general manager when required. Daily cash ups, general knowledge of the bar stock control and rotation. Also bringing in new and fresh ideas. Must be able to work nights and weekends. Enthusiastic to move the restaurant forward.
