About Us:
Roberto, Joel, Cortés and Ruben first met working together in a tapas restaurant in London. They were doing what they knew best; cooking and offering the best customer service with a very friendly approach. To see the 4 of them in the same restaurant is just pure Rock and Roll. Lobos Meat and Tapas London Bridge is born from the love of excellent meat cuts, good wine, hospitality, Spain and London. It’s a fusion that makes these “Lobos” howl. These “Lobos” are not scared of showing their guts to visitors - quite the opposite – they are very proud of it.
Lobos Soho will open in mid-November with around 90 covers spread over three floors, including an intimate drinking bar in the basement, a dedicated charcuterie bar on the ground floor and an open plan kitchen on the first floor.
Job Description:
We are currently seeking FOH and BOH staff team at the Lobos London Bridge and the new opening site in Soho.
The Ideal Candidate:
Our ideal candidates are those with proven experience and a previous background in Spanish cuisine would be helpful but not essential. The right candidates will have great customer skills, be personable, enthusiastic and believe in teamwork. Lobos Meat and Tapas is a busy restaurant for both Lunch and Dinner so experience in a busy restaurant would be beneficial.
