What does the role involve? You will be responsible for ensuring that you deliver exceptional service to every customer in our business. Your duties will be centred on sales of restaurant entry pass, and will include being the first point of contact for guest queries. Also, you would take responsibility and manage all bookings, and have input on the booking system to ensure that this process is as efficient and customer friendly as possible.
