You must have the ability to run a section of the restaurant and effectively supervise the junior members of the front of house team.

Requirements Waiting Staff
•Previous experience of at least 18 months within a busy and high quality fine dining restaurant.
•Demonstrable passion for food – ability to grasp menu knowledge.
•Advanced Knowledge of beverages, basic knowledge of wine.
Impeccable waiting skills.
Intuitive, warm and accommodating personality with a smile and a very positive attitude.
Confidence, strength and capability to run a busy section.
Ability to maintain a calm disposition at all times.
Ability to read guests and react in appropriate manner
Immaculate presentation with attention to detail.
Able to work full time Rota of approximately 40 hours per week / Part time 20 hours a week.
