About the Waiter/Waitress role:

• At least a year of experience in busy, high profile restaurants.
• Passionate about delivering the highest levels of service with a desire to learn and work hard.
• Natural flair for first class service and passionate about hospitality industry.
• Positive work attitude
• Be able to remain calm under pressure
• Be an excellent team player, lead by example and be able to communicate at all levels.
