Genji Sushi Limited is a fast-growing company that is well-known for its all natural, fresh and nutritious Japanese-inspired cuisine. We are currently looking for full time Team Member/Sushi Chef for our store in High Street Kensington area. The job will involve food preparations, rice cooking, fish cutting, making sushi rolls (training provided).
Team Member :up to 40 hours per week
The successful candidate will:
• Have experiences in busy kitchen
• Maintain high standards particularly in the areas of food safety and food preparation
• Be a team player with a positive outlook willing to work hard and help others to achieve outstanding results
• Be flexible and able to work day and evening shifts include weekend
• Have good communication skills and good level of English
• Actively sell and promote our products
• Be eligible to work in the UK and have a National Insurance number
