Specialty Coffee Shop Supervisor and Team Member
Location: Whiteleys Shopping Centre, London, W2 4 YN
Salary: £8.00-10.00 p/h depending on experience
Job Type: Full-time (40-45 hours p/w)
What we are looking for:
Urban Social Coffee are looking for Coffee Shop Supervisor and a Team Member. You will need experience in supervising, barista duties and have great customer service skills.
Crepe or green juice preparation experience is big advantage for this position but is not a must as full raining will be given.
You will be serving artisan coffee, preparing crepe Batter and Savory waffle dough and fillings (training will be given) doing quality checks during day, keeping shop tidy and organised, opening or closing the shop.
Skills and experience required:
• 1 years experience in similar role
• experience in closing the till is a must
• Assisting the manager with their duties
• Weekly stock control and orders.
• Ability to multi-task and work well under pressure.
• Can work in compliance with food and hygiene regulations and can work at a fast pace.
• Good spoken English and excellent customer service skills.
• Ability to use A boards for marketing purposes is a bonus.
• Keen to help us using social media some days.
• Work at a fast pace
• Food preparation skills and experience
• Barista skills and experience
• A vision and creativity skills to bring to the company
• Have a EU passport or full UK work permit
