Three times winner of UK Independent Sandwich Bar of the Year, Nuvo is looking for an inspired and experienced team leader to join our growing business. Our business centers around inspired sourdough sandwiches, plus healthy salads, wraps, juices and coffee.
You will need to have the following attributes:
* experience in a team leader role or a complete desire for this to be your next step.
* A real willingness to take on responsibility.
* A great ability to communicate – with the team and the manager.
* Able to learn quickly – to follow existing procedures and improve where appropriate.
* Understanding of what makes good customer service and how to operate a store efficiently.
It is a fast paced environment and you will need to show the desire to roll up your sleeves and help with all aspects of the business.
There is a real opportunity for somebody to grow with this expanding business, to quickly grown into store management with the rewards that come with that.

Monday to Friday.
For this you will receive:
* Starting wage minimum 8.50/hour
* Operational related bonus at least £1/hour.
