Team Members and Team Leaders are needed for an exciting New Opening in the City ! Front of House and Kitchen needed !

Farmer J, an exciting fresh, fast service food retail concept will be opening the doors to their second restaurant very soon in Monument. They are looking for amazing team members, team leaders, waiters for front of house and team for the kitchen that will join Farmer J in the City and create amazing food and an amazing experience for the people that eat and drink with them. As well as the highly successful fast concept they currently have the new restaurant will integrate a casual dining full service menu in the evening and brunch at weekends.

Farmer J believes the fresher the food, the better the flavour. The food we prepare every day is made from seasonal, local ingredients delivered straight from the farm.

Farmer J delivers outstanding quality at a fair price. Charred meat and fish, whole grains, seasonal goodness and fresh salads — nutritious food to eat in or take away. And because our menu changes with the seasons, the choice is always refreshing. By introducing a new healthy food experience, Farmer J wants to change how people eat. We have invested a lot of time in finding the best suppliers, looking for locally sourced ingredients, developing the best cooking techniques in order to offer an amazing product.

What are We are looking for in our team members and team leaders for Front of House and the Kitchen:

Great personality Strong communication skills A positive, can do attitude and an ability to work well as part of a team, particularly when under pressure Relevant experience, ideally in a high-volume fast casual or takeaway environment. A desire to succeed and push yourself forward within the business and the wider company For the kitchen previous experience in a fast-paced environment.
