This is the chance to be a part of something innovative, inspirational and exciting.The Role:To pro-actively offer a full and professional service to our customers that delivers beyond expectations. The Team Member role is crucial in ensuring customers receive the highest possible standards at all times.You will be responsible for providing an experience that leaves our customers feeling happy and excited about visiting us again.Key Responsibilities:Ensuring the correct procedures are followed when serving food, in line with food safety, packaging and portion size Receiving goods and deliveries and ensuring they are placed in the relevant areas Carrying out all food hygiene and health and safety practices in line with company procedures and regulations Completing all relevant paperwork as required, for example, product temperature checks in line with HACCP procedures Providing high levels of customer service at all times Dealing with customers in an efficient, professional and friendly manner at all times Dealing with any customer complaints in line with company procedures Keeping constantly up to date with menu changes and any promotions in the company Providing customers with relevant information on products and any other requests Cashing up and cash draw preparation as and when required by management Following all relevant cash handling procedures Ensuring opening and closing procedures are adhered to at all times Ensuring stock levels are maintained in proportion to business and branch needs Assisting with stock control checks when required by management Ensuring adherence to all waste control measures in line with company standards and relevant procedures Ensuring the correct use of all equipment supplied in line with training and guidance Maintaining high levels of cleanliness within the front and back of house areas Maintaining punctuality and an exemplary attendance record Maintaining awareness of any security threats and informing the relevant manager/s of any security breaches Reporting any maintenance issues immediately to the relevant manager/sMentoring and training new recruits as and when required Supervising shifts and ensuring high standards of customer service at all times Providing cover and supervisory support for key aspects of branch operations in the absence of management Conducting daily briefing meetings as and when required Our Requirements:Passion for delivering exceptional customer service Excellent team player Excellent verbal communication Well groomed Must be flexible to work suitable shift patterns Previous experience in supporting a team Shows initiative and willingness to learn Sets an example to others Passionate about Wasabi and represents the BrandIn return we provide a great working environment, bonus scheme, Perkbox benefits plus other incentives and the opportunity to develop your skills within a growing company.If this sounds like the job for you please apply today! *You must be eligible to work in the UK.
