Job role
- In collaboration with the Restaurant Manager you will enhance a vibrant and fun working environment by motivating and inspiring staff members, whilst maintaining the highest rhubarb service standards
- Responsible for Rota and shift schedule allocation, by ensuring the adequate staffing levels to meet fluctuating business demands.
- Assist Senior management with staff recruitment and selection process.
- Assist in compiling food wastage report, Micros reports, cash handing.
- This includes stock inventory control (i.e. Equipment, breakages, food wastage) and daily mise en place
Candidate profile
- Your past working experience and educational background will provide a close fit with rhubarb's commitment to quality, style and flair whilst delivering an outstanding customer service exceeding the set expectations of our clientele.
- Be entirely familiar in working with a POS system to ensure accurate information is entered.
- You should be certified in H and S level 2 and must be able to provide us with the relevant employment references for a 5 years background check
- You will be an excellent team player, lead by example and be able to communicate at all levels, committing to sharing your knowledge and skills within our service and kitchen brigade.
