Gallery Hyde Park is a dynamic and friendly hostel located in the heart of London seeking a Team Lead to join our staff. We are looking to match with an individual who is dedicated, personable and excited to become an invaluable member of our hostel.
What you'll help us do:
-Work the reception desk (guest check-ins, taking payments, inquiries, etc)
-Onboard and train new staff
-Organize and develop social events and activities
-Offer guests great customer service
-Manage housekeeping staff
Who are We are looking for:
-Fluent spoken/written English (other languages are a bonus)
-EU work permit
-Flexible availability
-Able to take initiative and remain calm under pressure
-Organized, helpful and friendly individual
-A great communicator
-Confidence in dealing with challenging situations and client complaints.
