Sushi Dogs is a new exciting concept for Japanese food-to-go.
We are looking to hire a head chef who is innovative, engaging and looking to join an exciting start-up with significant progression opportunities.
We're after someone charismatic who has had experience making and serving delicious fresh sushi, but who is willing to think outside the box and apply that experience in unique and creative ways.
The role requires an initial 6-8 weeks preparation period for planning, testing and lead up to launch, in order to perfect the customer offering before we hit the market. During this period, the role will be on a temporary basis however that will then develop into a permanent position with the opportunity of eventually travelling across the UK, managing a team of chefs working at multiple locations. With progression will come significant salary increases.
