Bone Daddies is a casual dining, fast-growing group of creative Japanese-inspired restaurants across the southwest, central and East London. We currently operate 6 ramen bars as well as 2 other Japanese brands, Flesh and Buns and Shackfuyu.

We have expanded our menu further and finally opened our latest restaurant in Victoria we are looking for skilled sushi/Maki chefs to join our team. The ideal person will have previously worked with Japanese cuisine, and specifically as a sushi chef, and be interested in developing further.

You will be hands-on, with a can-do attitude and the ability to work well under pressure under the direction of the Sous Chef and Head Chef. A minimum of 12 months as a sushi chef is desired. The role is a Full Time, permanent role, and would be looking for someone who is available to start immediately.
