Yama Momo is a very popular and busy restaurant based in East Dulwich. We pride ourselves on using the highest quality all-natural ingredients to make our superior sushi and Japanese-inspired products. We follow the strictest food safety standards and seek out environmental, friendly and sustainable sources.
We are currently looking for full-time Sushi Chef at our restaurant. The job will involve food preparations, rice cooking, fish cutting, making sushi rolls (training provided).
45 hours per week/ Salary upon on experience.
The successful candidate will:
• Have experiences in busy kitchen
• Maintain high standards particularly in the areas of food safety and food preparation
• Be a team player with a positive outlook willing to work hard and help others to achieve outstanding results
• Be flexible and able to work day and evening shifts include weekend
• Have good communication skills and good level of English
• Be eligible to work in the UK and have a National Insurance number.
