We are looking for a Sushi Chef to join us and be a part of the expansion of Yoobi. We will be expanding both in London and Internationally in the coming months and need to grow our team. Already established as one of the best sushi restaurants in London (#1 Japanese Restaurant on Trip Advisor) our customers have come to love us for the freshness, quality, and creativity of the sushi and food that we serve.
We are looking for a passionate and energetic Sushi Chef with technical ability, creativity, and the ability to drive and manage a growing team and business. It is very important that the candidate have the ability to work effectively under pressure and ensure a top-notch quality product.
The successful candidate will ideally:
- Strong team member
- Highly Experienced at producing Japanese inspired cuisine
- Used to dealing with a large volume of customers
- Have excellent knife skills
- Strong menu development ideas
