We are looking for sushi chef with at least 5 years experience for a production kitchen providing mainly deliveries and events.
Around 20 - 30 hours a week - the hours vary, but are mainly during early mornings until 6pm. Including weekends on occasion. There may be long working hours for events, finishing late in the evening.
Flexible with working hours.
Precision, speed and cleanliness are essential as is a good knowledge and passion for good sushi.
You will start on £11/hr and negotiable depending on experience.
A more permanent role is also available to the right candidate.
