Our Clients in the London Borough of Hounslow urgently require experienced reliable Support Workers with experience of working with Service Users with the Elderly, Dementia and Mild Mental Health.
Shift patterns: Days - 8am to 3pm or 2pm to 9pm. Nights  - 9pm or 8am.
Essential:

Min NVQ level 2 in Health and Social Care or working towards it.
Previous experience of working with Autistic Clients.
Must have current Enhanced DBS / CRB or must be willing to do one.  Current DBS/CRB is accepted.

The main duties will include:

High standards of one to one personal care to clients, includes bathing, dressing, feeding and continuity of Care.
Maintaining Continence/Managing Incontinence.
Assistance with getting out of bed in the morning and into bed at night.
May be required to take clients to Day Centres, Cinema, Gym, Day Trips and Holidays.
Assist with Medication Administration or timely reminders when and if required.
General domestic tasks such as cleaning, bed making, laundry and ironing.
Plus any other Duties that may be requires.

Must have Enhanced DBS / CRB or willing to have one done.
