We have a female client living in the Uxbridge area with mild learning disability.

The hours required:

Day shifts available - 38 hours - 2 to 4 days a week.
Main function of the job:
•    To support the client with accessing activities in the community.
•    To promote the independence of this client.
•    To follow the care plan of the client.

Requirements:
• Eligibility to work in the UK
• experience in Care (desirable)
• NVQ Level 2 (desirable, although training will be available)
• Enthusiasm
