A bubbly, charismatic individual who is a team player with a good work ethic. As the face of the business you will be all about delivering that great customer experience that separates the aces from the rest.
Previous experience as a supervisor is not essential, however you must be a great waiter / waitress / barperson with a passion for hospitality and a hunger for promotion.
