About the Candidate:
The ideal candidate would be someone with experience in retail and passionate about giving the best customer service and exceeding sales targets. Working closely with Manager the candidate will be responsible for:
- meeting daily, weekly, monthly sales targets, maximizing sales at every opportunity
- carrying out Opening/ Closing the store procedures
-Serving customers, picking stock, checking that the customer has the correct items and accurately completing monetary transactions
-Offering alternatives where appropriate, to fulfill customer selection
- working on own initiative and demonstrating a committed and flexible approach, supporting Manager with daily duties
-Adhering to company processes and procedures, resolving day to day issues by using common sense
-Processing returns as required in line with company procedures
- ensuring that standards of service consistently exceed customer expectations.
-Maintaining the cleanliness and presentation of the store, carrying out all tasks in timely manner and up to company standards
-Accurately completing store administration and assisting in preparing and conducting weekly and monthly tasks.
This position is Part time for minimum of 16 hours per week (weekends :Saturday and Sunday shifts 9.45am-6.30pm), with extra hours during busy periods and holidays, you will be required to work at both of our Central London branches.
Immediate start; Pay £7.40/h.
