SENIOR SUPERVISOR REQUIRED FOR CREAMS CAFÉ UXBRIDGE

The Company
Creams Café is an Italian dessert parlour specialising in authentic Gelato ice cream and American Waffles. This is the first desserts café of its kind in Uxbridge. With Creams Café rapidly expanding in the UK you do not want to miss out on an opportunity to join our growing team.
Job Description
The Supervisor will lead their Creams Café team in creating and maintaining the Creams Café experience for all of our customers. The supervisor will conform to all Creams Café brand specifications and lead their team to develop the business.
Flexibility is vital and the applicant will need to lead by example.
Summary of Key Responsibilities
• Responsibilities and essential job functions include but are not limited to the following:
• Acts with integrity, honesty and knowledge that promote the culture, values and mission of Creams Café.
• Maintains a calm demeanor during periods of high volume or unusual events to keep store operating to standard and to set a positive example for the shift team.
• Anticipates customer and store needs by constantly evaluating environment and customers for cues.
• Provide new staff training by positively reinforcing successful performance and giving respectful and encouraging coaching as needed.
• Delivers legendary customer service to all customers by acting with a customer comes first attitude and connecting with the customer. Discovers and responds to customer needs.
• Follows Creams Café operational policies and procedures, including those for cash handling and safety and security, to ensure the safety of all partners during each shift. Maintains a clean and organized workspace so that partners can locate resources and product as needed.
• Maintains regular and consistent attendance and punctuality.
• Provides quality deserts and beverages, consistently for all customers by adhering to all recipe and presentation standards. Follows health, safety and sanitation guidelines for all products.
• Recognizes and reinforces individual and team accomplishments by using existing organizational methods.
• Stock and wastage control
• Opening and closing the café
• Cashing up
• Banking
Summary of experience
• A proven experienced Supervisor, ideally from a hospitality or retail background, who really gets a buzz out of doing the best for their customers.
Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
• Customer service experience in a retail or restaurant environment min 1 year
• Ability to direct the work of others
• Ability to learn quickly
• Effective oral communication skills
• Knowledge of the retail environment
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Ability to work as part of a team
• Ability to build relationships
