Bar supervisor role available. We want to find the right person to join us here at The Lord Stanley. We already have a great team but need somebody to jump straight in to take over from our current supervisor who is soon to be going on his travels.
We are simply a pub that serves fresh and seasonal food, great wines and Booze. We are in a lovely neighbourhood, with a great mix of customers.
Good, honest friendly service is what we aim for. The right person for us would be someone who is friendly, outgoing, a person who takes pride in where they work and who really makes the extra effort to ensure the best customer experience.
The role involves running day and evening shifts to ensure the pub runs smoothly.  It’s a front of house role, however weekly stock reports means there will be some back office work. Of course, in house training will be provided.
Previous supervisor experience would be ideal, but a person with 1 year full time bar experience would be acceptable also.
We can be flexible on shifts but the business comes first. Hourly rate to be discussed.
Opening hours 11am-11pm Mon-Thursday, Midnight Friday and Saturday.  10:30pm on Sunday.
We are also looking for a Part time Bar Staff role.  The role involves serving drinks, taking for food orders, running food to tables and keeping the pub clean and presentable to list a few. 20 to 25 available or more for the right person.
