Supervisor Needed in London

Posted: 08-12-2025
Place: Clapham, London

We are looking for a passionate and hard working duty manager/supervisor for our microbrewery, arcade and bar located near Clapham Junction. This role would suit someone who has held a supervisor or management position in a high volume and fast paced establishment. You will be supervising a team of up to 30 people at a time, reporting to the duty manager and also be working towards managing your own shifts and progressing within the industry. You’ll be setting an example for the bar staff not only performing day to day duties but also training them in those duties and in quality service. This is a customer service and front of house role so exemplary levels of service will be expected. Knowledge of licensing and Health and Safety procedures will be necessary. A passion for craft beer and gin would be a huge bonus as we have our own on site brewery and stock over 70 different types of gin. We also host a huge arcade which has a crazy golf course, mini remote controlled racing track, skee ball and the UKs first pub virtual reality station! If you would like to work in one of London’s most unique venues then please apply via email with a CV.
