Your responsibilities as aLaundry Supervisor will include:To assist in the supervision of handling laundry daily operation with departmental standardsTo minimize laundry costs while maintaining Hotel and Company standards;To maintain consistent service that the department delivers.To provide team with structure by setting smart objectives to support their development and to identify development needs.  We are looking for The ideal Laundry Supervisor will:Supervise the laundry operations and to provide the supervision and direction required Ensure that the day to day operation is delivered and meets the departmental objectives. Ensure the supervision of the complete laundry operation, that consist of the Uniform room, the Valet, the Chute room and -4 Laundry.  Delegate SMART and consistent service and to monitor productivity and progress and to ensure all operational procedures are followed. Liaise with external suppliers and agencies Handle both guest and staff issues in a professional manner Conduct quality checks of staff and guests laundry Possess excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills are required Have excellent customer service skills and is passionate about exceeding guest expectationsBe able to maintain high standards of work whilst dealing with high volume Have excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills and be able to connect with other live up to our mission statement: Inspiring our guests through individuality and passion!We offer Our people mean the world to us, and we only recruit the best.
