The Supervisor role is a great opportunity for someone as you will be leading a brand new team, in our brand new retail cafe! You will be responsible for leading shifts, coaching and developing the team, identifying new opportunities through feedback and most importantly making our new contract a huge success!
Successful candidates will have had previous experience of working within a retail café/coffee shop previously as a supervisor/team leader.
