We are looking for a pro-active super lovely to join our hard-working team at the Williams Ale and Cider house. We are a lil’ East London Boozer, tucked between the busy City and the artistic Spitalfields. We love creative, curious and crazy folks, who are dedicated to quality Booze of all sorts and excellent customer service.
We pride ourselves on our extensive ale and cider collection – with 14 handpumps or gravity pulled ale and cider – as well as a menu of traditional British food.
Ideally you would already come with some supervisory experience but we are happy to provide full training to the right candidate. You will need a thorough understanding of how a busy bar operates with at least 2 years bar experience.
A strong working knowledge of cask ale and cider would be an advantage.

Who are we, anyway?
We’re Metropolitan Pub Company (or Metro Pub Co for short), and we know a good pub when we see one. All our pubs have something about them: old Victorian buildings with wood panelling and classic horseshoe bars, fitted out and kitted up so they’re just right (never shabby, but not too shiny, either).
We’ve been doing this for years and know exactly what’s what, who’s who and how to open a pub that locals will flock to.
We require fluent English speakers and who already have the right to work in the UK, and that can start immediately.
