We are looking for a Part-time Supervisor that has excellent communication skills along with a friendly and enthusiastic attitude, whilst also having a willingness to learn and a passion for sales. Previous sales experience would be beneficial, but don’t worry if you haven’t got it, because we will ensure you will receive support from your Store Manager and the best training in line with our development programme.

Self-Storage is more than what you think it is. We are in the business of solving customer’s storage needs whether it’s a family looking to move house or a student on summer break, our customers make it interesting and you will be exposed to a variety of tasks.

Duties to include:
• Driving store sales and achieving KPI’s.
• Selling merchandise and insurance
• Following up on enquiries and advising customers on the best solution for their needs.
• Administration duties
• Ensuring all store operational standards are maintained.
• Would need to be available to work weekends and Bank Holidays.
• Lives within 30 minutes travelling time of the store (desirable, not essential)
• Is willing to travel to other stores to provide cover if required.
• Has a current driving licence and owns a car (desirable, not essential)
• Has proof of permission to work within the UK.
Desired skills

• Has worked in a sales focused environment and has ideally taken responsibility for driving sales.

• Has a working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word and Excel), email and the internet.

• Has a good standard of numeracy and literacy.

Basic level of English and Maths
Working week: 20 hours per week Friday 9:30pm – 6:00pm Saturday 9:00pm – 4:00pm Sunday 9:00am  - 2:00pm.
