Ennismore’s first solo restaurant concept, Tandoor Chop House, located in the heart of Covent Garden, is the meeting of a North Indian communal eatery and a classic British chop house. It brings together the characteristics of these two traditional restaurants - the Tandoor ovens, Indian spices and marinades, select prime cuts of meat, and buzzing atmosphere. The 50 cover site serves from lunch to late with dine in and takeaway options available. The result is a place diners can come to socialise over drinks and share plates of hearty, comforting food.

In your role you will…

Assist the management team in restaurant opening, operation and closing to the required standards.
Resolve all guest queries with enthusiasm and in a prompt manner.
Have a pro‐active view towards promotions and sales and up selling and to be involved in coaching and training the team in suggestive selling skills.
Act as a role model for all new talent joining the business, specifically acting as a guide and mentor.
