We’re looking for an supervisor  to join us at our local, The Hare and Billet. A laidback neighbourhood pub close to cafes and shops.
You’ll work with the management to run the pub, hire, train and develop the team, plan events. You’ve already worked as an Supervisor in a busy pub for at least a year, and we’re keen to know what you’ve learnt.
But it’s more than that.
We’re much more interested in who you are and what you’re really like. What are you like to work with? How do you rally a team? Are you calm when things don’t go to plan? What makes you laugh? We want to get to know you and your way of doing things. And find out how you can bring them to The Hare and Billet.

Who are we, anyway?
We’re Metropolitan Pub Company (or Metro Pub Co for short). We’re part of Greene King, but they leave us to it. We’re big believers in local pubs being just that, with their own character and charm.
