MGN Builders Merchants is looking to recruit highly motivated Yard Supervisor to join our hard-working team on a full time basis to help support and serve our customers. It is really important to make sure that our customers get the best experience when they visit us, therefore you would need to work as part of close knit team.
Your role includes:
- Good housekeeping to ensure a safe and tidy working environment
- Serve and load customers as per collection tickets
- Load lorries in a safe manner and ensure that the load is checked
- Unload supplier deliveries and ensure that the delivery ticket is accurately checked
- Ensure stock remains accurate
- Identify stock for ordering to facilitate trade transactions and liaise with other team members for ordering
- Ensure daily maintenance checks of yard equipment are carried out, reporting any issues identified
- Attend any training deemed necessary by the Company
- Undertake any other duties as assigned

All you need is:
- Minimum of 6 months previous experience within builders merchant environment and extensive knowledge of building products
- Previous experience in driving forklift
- Flexible attitude
- Good numerical skills
- Be motivated and honest
