We are looking for a people person, someone with a high street brand experience, someone with a FABULOUS personality, great ATTENTION to DETAIL as well as extremely WELL ORGANISED.

-Will have bags of experience in branded or independent restaurants with full service
-Have an obsession with perfection and strive to be the best at everything you do
-Are a hands on, sleeves up kind of person, who can lead and inspire an established team with integrity and passion
-Love an early morning sunrise as much as a beautiful sunset – we are open from midday until late every day
