Ceviche, Soho is a dynamic 80 cover restaurant serving lunch and dinner with a buzzy atmosphere. This restaurant was the pioneer of Peruvian food in London and excelled beyond 17,000 other restaurants to be listed as number six in Time Out’s list of top restaurants in London.

For the role of Supervisor previous experience as a Supervisor would be preferred and you would be responsible for:
-managing the floor during service
-opening and closing the restaurant
-coaching and developing the team
