Galley is a modern kitchen and bar on Upper Street, Islington.
Seasonally inspired ingredients from land and sea are crafted into contemporary dishes in a stylish open kitchen. Galley is open seven days a week serving lunch, dinner and weekend brunch.
Offering a quality selection of cocktails, spirits, Beers and wine, we are seeking a creative bar supervisor and bartender who has excellent cocktail knowledge, a passion for the industry and a commitment to providing great customer service.
The role will include assisting the General Manager in the effective running of the bar, managing a small team, and maintaining an exceptional standard of delivery and professionalism.
The restaurant environment:

Minimum 2 years managerial experience with an excellent solid bars background.

Have lots of fun on shift, working closely with the chefs, managers and front of house team in an open environment.
Regular tastings for the menu, wines and cocktails.
Work 7/8 shifts/week, 5 days out of 7 – 48 hr.
Bar supervisor from 25k  dependence on experience.
Bartender from £9 per hour
