We are looking for a brilliant manager to join our team at The Lillie Langtry (part of the fast growing Hippo Inns Pub group). Located on the Peaceful streets of West Brompton, this fun and quirky site serves up exactly what the location needs- great pub grub along with delicious wines, craft beer and a great ambience.
The right candidate will be:
- Experienced at the same level in a similar position
- Passionate about delivering great food, drink and service
- Self- motivated, proactive and highly organised
- Familiar with FOH and BOH operating systems
- Able to communicate well with team members from all divisions
- Happy to work with the operations team to ensure the needs of the business are met
- Able to see the funny side- a good sense of humour is essential!
