Do you want to be part of a team committed to delivering exceptional customer service for our Client who is a leading Train Operating Company?Are you a analytical and pay attention to details?If YES, then read on.The Role: Train Dispatch Responsibilities:Conduct train dispatch duties in accordance with the relevant section of the Rule Book.To ensure that trains are dispatched safely and promptly in accordance with local instructions.To ensure the safety of all customers by the implementation of emergency measures in respect of inclement weather conditions in accordance with local instructions.To be present at the arrival and departure of all services as directed by the Control Centre/ Dispatch Team Manager Provide help and assistance to all customers. The role requires individuals who can process information quickly, have some knowledge of travelling around London using public transport. Candidates should reside no more than 30 minutes commute by public transport from the following locations:Proximity to: Norwood Junction and West Croydon Additional Information:Working days: Monday to Sunday, weekends and bank holidays only. Shifts are between 05:00 to 01:00 you can be rostered at any of these times depending on business needs. Salary £11.38 per hour including Holiday pay. Successful candidates will have to pass an written assessment and undergo a strict D and A and DBS check.
