A fantastic opportunity has arisen at The Brook Gastro Pub, Worcester Park for a strong Sous Chef to join our small established team.
As a Sous Chef you will be responsible for:
Inspiring, train and motivate junior team members
Maintaining high levels of hygiene control and health and safety throughout
The applicant will be able to demonstrate:
A true passion for the catering industry
A proven track record in a similar style and size of restaurant
Good communication skills and basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel
The job entails weekend work and an average of 45 hours per week and able to work in split shifts
