Forge are working with a growing contract caterer to recruit a Sous Chef at a very busy site in SW London.
The offer on site is made up of 6 outlets including, retail/coffee bars, restaurant and events.
We are looking for a Sous Chef who can work very closely with the Head Chef to ensure that every element of the offer is performing at its best be it a coffee cart, private event, Royal visit or the bustling restaurant.
Sous Chefs will oversee the team of 12 and lead the kitchen operation in the absence of the Head Chef.
We want to hear from budding Sous Chefs with experience in multi offer venues who are comfortable working to very high volumes and are not phased by pressure.
Strong organisation and communication skills are essential as well as a positive attitude.
Salary: £28k
Core Hours: 7am - 5pm + evening events 5 days from 7.
