As Sous Chef, you will lead the team by example to deliver consistent, high-quality dishes, whilst also managing the kitchen operation and kitchen brigade. This is an awesome opportunity for an experienced Sous Chef eager to take on extra responsibility and develop your career with us.
If you have the following, then we want to hear from you:
• experience as a Sous Chef within a small, high volume kitchen;
• A hands-on approach to your work;
• Proven leadership experience, with the ability to train, develop and motivate a
team;
• Working knowledge of stock and margin controls, ordering systems and health
and safety procedures;
• Passion for food and the industry;
• Excellent time-management and organisation skills.
