We are looking for a talented Sous Chef to join our kitchen. Munchfit has experienced high growth and is looking for a strong Sous chef to support our Head chef and execute at a very high standard.
This role is a big commitment and ideal for someone looking to work in a fast paced high growth environment (and not afraid to work hard). Some of the responsibilities include:
• Supporting our Head Chef/ Head of production
• Ability to step into the Head Chef role and lead the team where required
• Support, coach and mentor Junior Chefs
• Responsibility for maintaining systems
• Assisting with menu ideas, development and enhancement
• Collaborating with Munchfit Nutritional team
