Full time position for a sous chef – The Albany Pub Twickenham
We are looking for Full Time experienced sous chef working with a small fun team. 40-45 hours per week
The key aspects of the job include the following:
1 years’ experience at a similar level in a high volume, fresh food kitchen
•Great communication skills
•Passion for producing the perfect dish every time
•Being able to work as part of a small team is essential
•To be organised and precise
•Be attentive
•Have an ability to take instruction as well as give instruction
Some other important roles of this fantastic opportunity are being able to manage stocks and have an understanding of General Practitioner ’s and budgets.
- YOU WILL NEED TO HAVE:-
- At least 1 years’ experience of working in a similar position
- Both Intermediate spoken and written English or above
- A flexible, well organized and positive attitude
- Genuine passion for food and the willingness to learn
