Sous Chef - Restaurant Pushing for 1 st Michelin * - 35,000WHO AND WHERE?Job Title: Sous Chef Establishment: Pushing for 1 Michelin *Average Covers: 30 lunch and 65 for dinner Cuisine: modern French, with European influences Brigade: 15 +Location: Covent Garden (Central, Northern and Piccadilly Lines)Salary: 35,000k per annum (all inclusive)Shifts: 4 days per week Last orders: 10:30pmWHAT ARE THEY LOOKING FOR?* A mature and competent sous chef to help achieve the restaurants 1 st Michelin *.* A great leader who can help the junior members of the pastry team develop their skills.* A chef that is well organised and has a proven track record working within an award winning restaurant or hotel.* Previous experience working with French cuisine would be desirable.* A sous chef with great attention to fine details.* A creative Sous Chef who can develop their current menus.
